Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Enterprise Knowledge Manager to lead our Knowledge Management program and drive strategic initiatives across our IT portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Governance: Implement and maintain program governance across a multi-project IT portfolio, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • IT Development and O&M: Promote best practice IT development and operations procedures, driving efficiency and effectiveness across the portfolio.
  • Team Leadership: Lead IT team members, providing tactical guidance and mentoring as needed to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Resource Management: Balance resource requirements and available resources across multiple matrixed initiatives, prioritizing portfolio objectives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate with government leads to engage non-IT resources, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective communication.
  • Project Management: Provide direct project management for surge initiatives and stewardship activities, driving results-oriented outcomes.
  • Portfolio Vision: Support client leadership in refining the IT portfolio vision and initiative prioritization, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Architecture and Resource Planning: Define and regularly refine the architecture and resource requirements necessary to achieve vision objectives, driving strategic decision-making.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in any field; high school, vocational school, or trade school diploma and five (5) years' work experience in a similar field may be substituted for degree requirement.
  • Experience: Ten (10) years' related experience, with knowledge of management experience and experience developing Information Technology (IT) strategic plans.
  • Working Environment: U.S. citizenship is required; work in an operationally sensitive environment, with potential for outdoor work, irregular schedules, and operation of motor vehicles.
