Senior Enterprise Knowledge Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Enterprise Knowledge Manager to lead our Knowledge Management program. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, developing, implementing, and maintaining an enterprise-wide Knowledge Management program that aligns with our knowledge management guidance and requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Program Governance: Implement and maintain program governance across a multi-project IT portfolio, ensuring effective management and oversight of all initiatives.
- IT Development and Operations: Promote best practice IT development and O&M procedures, ensuring that our IT systems are efficient, effective, and aligned with our business objectives.
- Team Leadership: Lead IT team members, providing tactical guidance and mentoring as needed to ensure the success of our IT initiatives.
- Resource Management: Balance resource requirements and available resources across multiple matrixed initiatives based on portfolio priorities, ensuring that we have the right people with the right skills in the right place at the right time.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate with government leads to appropriately engage non-IT resources, ensuring that our IT initiatives are aligned with our business objectives and meet the needs of our stakeholders.
- Project Management: Provide direct project management for surge initiatives and stewardship activities, ensuring that our IT projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Architecture and Resource Planning: Define and regularly refine the architecture and resource requirements necessary to achieve vision objectives, ensuring that our IT systems are aligned with our business objectives and meet the needs of our stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in any field; high school, vocational school, or trade school diploma and five (5) years' work experience in a similar field may be substituted for degree requirement.
- Experience: Ten (10) years' related experience, including knowledge of management experience and experience developing Information Technology (IT) strategic plans.
- Working Environment: U.S. citizenship is required, and the successful candidate will be required to work in an operationally sensitive environment, with occasional work outdoors, in confined spaces, and irregular schedules.
