Job Description

JobTarget - Demo is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Stamford. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through proactive communication, product knowledge, and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage inbound customer communications, responding to inquiries, requests, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Consult with customers to provide expert advice on leveraging our product/service to meet their unique needs.
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to ensure accurate and strategic information is provided to customers.
  • Track customer interactions in our CRM system for cross-functional awareness and relationship development.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of experience in supporting client success.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to address complaints and issues with effective solutions and a positive attitude.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Excellent time-management and prioritization skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems.
