Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Account Management Specialist to join our team in [location]. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing existing commercial customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Account Management: Oversee the account management of existing commercial customers, focusing on customer satisfaction and quality of revenue.
- Customer Retention: Develop and maintain long-term business relationships with existing customers through proactive customer service, prompt attention to customer concerns, and timely service agreement updates.
- Service Offerings: Conduct personal visits, phone calls, and mailings to existing customers to foster relationships and promote additional services.
- Price Initiatives: Administer and preserve all price initiatives, securing price increases on unprofitable accounts and/or per schedule.
- Revenue Growth: Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of Rumpke's available services, lines of business, and pricing structure, offering additional services to existing customers to increase revenue.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Organizational Skills: Organized with good time management skills, able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Computer Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Windows and Office.
- Reliable Transportation: Must have reliable transportation, as occasional travel between offices may be required.
- Self-Motivation: Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals.
We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $70,000 per year, based on experience, plus comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, vision, matching 401(k), life insurance, paid vacation, and more.
