Pain Physician Job Description
This role involves providing compassionate and comprehensive care to individuals experiencing chronic pain. As a primary care pain physician, you will serve as a knowledgeable resource, conducting thorough evaluations to diagnose conditions and develop tailored treatment plans based on our established procedural algorithm. Responsibilities include providing excellent pain management and rehabilitation care, collaborating with our team of Interventional Pain Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers, and communicating effectively with clinical and business staff.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have:
* A Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
* Three (3) years of experience as a board-certified MD/DO
* Current valid Indiana Medical License
* ACLS certification, preferred
* Ability to travel to multiple locations
* Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
