Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated POS Support Technician to join our team at Bepoz America. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers in the U.S and Canada.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to resellers and direct customers via phone, email, and remote desktop programs.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues with our point of sale software and hardware.
  • Collaborate with our development team to identify and resolve software bugs and issues.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge base articles and solution guides to assist customers with common issues.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends.

Requirements

  • Strong technical skills and experience with point of sale software and hardware.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in English and strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift 45 lbs and occasional travel for onsite service.
