About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavioral Health Technician to join our team at Eating Recovery Center. As a key member of our patient care team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care and support, including supervision, therapy sessions, and daily living activities.
  • Assist with milieu management, including maintaining daily program structure, conducting observation rounds, and implementing coping skills.
  • Support patients with transportation, vital signs, and other nursing duties as assigned.
  • Act as a secondary support staff in group therapy and assist with morning routines and activities of daily living.
  • Document patient observations, meals, and individual check-ins.
Requirements
  • High School Graduate/GED (Required)
  • Associate's Degree (Preferred)
  • Valid driver's license with safe driving record (Required)
  • Psych Tech or CNA experience Preferred
  • 6+ months of direct patient care/milieu experience (preferred)
