Behavioral Health Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Health Consultant to join our team at HealthPoint. As a key member of our primary care team, you will play a critical role in providing population-based care services to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with primary care providers to identify and triage patients with medical and behavioral health problems.
- Provide brief behavioral health visits and warm handoffs to patients in the primary care setting.
- Work with primary care providers to refer cases to mental health specialists as needed.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families on behavioral health topics.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the behavioral health program.
- Doctoral degree in Psychology.
- Washington state licensure or eligibility.
- Experience in a healthcare setting.
- Ability to obtain LMHC-A mental health license.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Masters-level counseling license in Washington state.
