Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Health Consultant to join our team at HealthPoint. As a key member of our primary care team, you will play a critical role in providing population-based care services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with primary care providers to identify and triage patients with medical and behavioral health problems.
  • Provide brief behavioral health visits and warm handoffs to patients in the primary care setting.
  • Work with primary care providers to refer cases to mental health specialists as needed.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families on behavioral health topics.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the behavioral health program.
Requirements
  • Doctoral degree in Psychology.
  • Washington state licensure or eligibility.
  • Experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Ability to obtain LMHC-A mental health license.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Masters-level counseling license in Washington state.
