Key Responsibilities:
  1. Partner with Technology Leaders: Collaborate with our tech leaders to understand current and future business needs, ensuring we're always ahead of the curve.
  2. Sourcing and Recruitment: Identify, interview, and manage relationships with top talent, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  3. Creative Sourcing Techniques: Develop innovative strategies to find, connect with, and recruit the best candidates, leveraging your network and expertise.
  4. Establishing Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with the product and tech community, creating a continuous pipeline of top talent.
  5. Candidate Experience: Partner with the business to deliver an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring we're always a top choice for top talent.
  6. Employer Branding: Provide actionable feedback on our employer brand, helping us stay competitive in the market.
  7. Market Positioning: Work with the business to understand our market position and develop strategies to enhance our presence and brand with target demographics.
  8. Remuneration and Benefits: Collaborate with compensation and benefits to ensure we're offering competitive remuneration and benefits packages.
  9. Agency Partnerships: Identify and partner with high-performing agencies to support our recruitment efforts.
  10. Technology Platforms: Explore and implement technology platforms to augment our recruitment processes.
  11. Commercial Objectives: Ensure we're supporting the business's commercial objectives by maintaining strong cost and time-to-hire metrics.
Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6 months of experience recruiting and sourcing talent.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal clients and partners of varying levels of seniority.
  • Ability to juggle multiple competing priorities, remaining composed, thorough, and detail-oriented.
  • Resourcefulness in sourcing talent creatively and cost-effectively.
  • Excellent listening skills, with the ability to understand candidates' key motivators and articulate aspects of the role, culture, and organization that align.
  • Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to attract and close top candidates in high demand.
  • Proactive approach to building strong talent pipelines within growth areas.
  • The legal right to work in the United States.
