Role Overview:

We are in search of motivated analysts eager to embark on their professional journey. Avèro Advisors invites candidates ranging from entry-level to those with moderate experience, including recent graduates, to become integral members of our vibrant team. Your responsibilities will encompass evaluating and formulating requirements to facilitate technology solutions while navigating challenges in a dynamic environment. Familiarity with tools such as ChatGPT will be considered an asset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft detailed business requirements for software initiatives.
  • Develop thorough business process models, workflow diagrams, and system design documentation.
  • Engage with clients to pinpoint deficiencies and propose effective solutions, ensuring seamless software deployment.
  • Examine current processes and suggest enhancements, assessing new technological advancements.
  • Effectively communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to convert requirements into system design documentation.
  • Collaborate with vendors regarding system design and implementation specifications.
  • Identify business prospects and recommend solutions to optimize operations.
  • Generate essential project documentation and design specifications.
  • Work alongside developers on functional specifications and testing strategies.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in computer information systems and business operations.
  • Exhibit strong communication abilities when liaising with clients and vendors.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Expertise in technical documentation and requirements gathering.
  • Strong analytical capabilities for assessing IT projects.
  • Ability to cultivate effective working relationships.
  • Knowledge of IT principles and practices.
  • Experience with tools like ChatGPT is advantageous.
  • Willingness to engage in independent projects and collaborate with leadership.
