  • Proficiency in fundamental patient care and an understanding of the unlicensed healthcare team's responsibilities are crucial.
  • Strong customer service abilities are necessary, alongside effective communication skills in English (Spanish proficiency is a plus) and computer literacy.
  • Must demonstrate the ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks efficiently, and exhibit strong problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Capability to manage multiple responsibilities, think critically, and exercise sound judgment is essential.
  • Show assertiveness in adhering to policies, working under pressure, and collaborating effectively with team members.
