  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and procedures
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Minimum two years of related experience and/or training required
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows required; working knowledge of Linux, OS X, Android, and Apple iOS preferred
  • Able to read, write legibly, and speak in English with professional quality
  • Able to relate and communicate positively, effectively, and professionally with others
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certified Network Engineer (CNE), Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE), or Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) preferred
