Responsibilities- Provide technical support for desktop, network, and application resources
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with IT staff to resolve complex technical issues
- Document technical issues and resolutions for future reference
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and procedures
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum two years of related experience and/or training required
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows required; working knowledge of Linux, OS X, Android, and Apple iOS preferred
- Able to read, write legibly, and speak in English with professional quality
- Able to relate and communicate positively, effectively, and professionally with others
- Certified Network Engineer (CNE), Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE), or Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) preferred
