Job Overview

Cyborgwave is seeking a skilled Technical Documentation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Division of Information Technology, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality documentation for our IT projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and enhance documentation for IT projects, including process documentation, reports, user manuals, and other materials requested by project teams.
  • Review and prioritize documentation service requests to ensure timely completion.
  • Research problems and develop options and recommendations to assist documentation to team members for resolving issues.
  • Maintain documentation and documentation libraries to ensure easy access and retrieval.
  • Identify, create, revise, and maintain documentation and templates to support project teams.
  • Communicate and work with customers and other Client personnel as necessary to ensure effective documentation.
  • Work with Team members to enhance their understanding of process documentation and provide training as needed.
  • Identify and make recommendations around documentation and templates needed to support project teams.
  • Communicate accurate and useful status updates to stakeholders.
  • Manage and report time spent on all work activities to ensure accurate tracking.
  • Follow quality standards to ensure high-quality documentation.
  • Able to work in a team environment and collaborate with supporting resources across business units.
Requirements
  • 2-year college degree or equivalent of relevant experience.
  • Excellent communication skills; have excellent professional oral and written skills.
  • Ability to build solid business relationships in an emerging environment.
