About the Role

This PT Clerical Staff position is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to utilize their administrative skills and linguistic abilities in a dynamic university setting. The successful candidate will work closely with the Student Services team to ensure seamless student support.

Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with students to provide accurate and timely information about programs and academic opportunities.
  2. Play a key role in the enrollment process, ensuring that students receive the necessary support and guidance.
  3. Promote cross-cultural understanding by offering interpretation services as needed.
  4. Stay updated on administrative procedures and policies to provide informed support to students.
  5. Maintain organized student records and databases.
  6. Work closely with the Student Services Coordinator and Director of ESL Programs to drive initiatives in the Modern Language Center.
Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is a must.
  • English proficiency and fluency in at least one foreign language are crucial for this role.
  • Experience in an office setting, preferably in administration, is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to succeed in this position.

The annual salary for this role is approximately $45,000, reflecting the importance of this position within our organization.
