Job Summary
We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team in the Family Treatment & Rehabilitation Program. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing high-quality services to children, their families, and communities. Your expertise will be invaluable in supporting our program's goals and objectives.
Responsibilities
This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing phone messages, handling correspondence, ordering supplies, and performing other essential day-to-day activities.
- Maintaining a well-organized administrative filing system and overseeing records management.
- Creating and maintaining case records, processing new referrals, and creating intake packets.
- Following up on unit case work standard contacts, including completion of weekly cross-checking grids for each unit in the program.
- Assisting with collaterals contacts and documentation of the contacts made with families and service providers.
- Supporting the Program Director and Program Supervisor in ensuring that PROMIS and CONNECTIONS systems are updated regularly.
- Collecting information regarding community resources and disseminating said information to staff and client families.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A High School diploma required.
- Bilingual English/Spanish required.
- Computer literacy and working knowledge of MS Office and similar programs.
- The ability to organize, manage, and teach others in various administrative and clerical functions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $42,172.00-$44,172.00 plus performance-based merit awards and benefits eligibility. Non-exempt position with potential for overtime.
