Position Summary:
The Computer Merchant, LTD. seeks to engage consulting services that encompass research and reporting on current and forthcoming full-service online lottery platforms. This role involves evaluating options for the online lottery platform, identifying possibilities for prospective Requests for Responses (RFRs), developing and issuing agreed-upon RFRs, assessing responses to issued RFRs, contracting, and providing support during the development, configuration, installation, and implementation of the selected platform. Additionally, assistance in testing and certification of the resulting platform may be required, along with other miscellaneous tasks as necessary.
The ideal candidate will aid in drafting a Request for Response for a full-service online lottery platform provider, leveraging prior experience in similar projects to ensure the effective procurement and implementation of a suitable online lottery platform.
