Key Responsibilities
  • Member Support: Provide timely and effective support to members, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Transaction Processing: Process transactions, including internal transfers, autopay, and consumer loan payoffs, while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Account Management: Update member information, verify accounts, and assist with online banking and account line assistance.
  • Problem-Solving: Utilize effective problem-solving skills to identify and resolve member issues, escalating complex cases when necessary.
  • Engagement Goals: Consistently meet engagement goals, demonstrating a strong understanding of member needs and preferences.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of one year up to three years of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience.
  • Customer Service: Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced call center environment is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to effectively and professionally communicate with members and staff.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Effective problem-solving skills to identify and resolve member issues.
  • Attention to Detail: Solid attention to detail and accuracy skills to ensure transactions are processed correctly.
