The Opportunity

We are sourcing candidates for our talent pipeline for future employment opportunities. We are not seeking IT and technology-related consultants, as such, please do not apply for this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner and coach senior executives to drive strategic leadership and organizational transformation.
  • Facilitate and deliver workshop sessions for groups of up to 25 people or larger.
  • Manage at least two engagements that were upwards of $750K.
  • Lead small teams of consultants applying our unique, proprietary methodology and tools to address the human factors affecting an organization's ability to reach its strategic objectives.
  • Develop, manage, and maintain strategic relationships with clients.
  • Impact organizational performance by shifting people's thinking and behavior.
  • Travel is required and consistent.

Requirements

  • At least 6-10 years of industry experience.
  • Relevant background to organizational transformation and change management.
  • Strong delivery and platform skills.
  • Commercially savvy and strong business skills.
  • Ability to effectively navigate large complex organizations.
  • Demonstrated credibility at the client's C-Suite level.
  • Understanding of project management and the metrics for success.
  • History of effective long-term client management.
  • Strong analytical, verbal, written, and presentation skills.
