Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Home Sales Development Manager to join our team at The Signorelli Company. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive training programs to empower our sales team with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in a competitive market.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in new home construction sales or a similar field, as well as experience in training and development. They will be able to lead, motivate, and mentor sales teams, and possess excellent communication and presentation skills.

About the Role

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to empower our sales team with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in a competitive market.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Division leadership to identify and address potential issues.
  • Design engaging training courses incorporating gamification and role-playing activities.
  • Maintain comprehensive training documentation, manuals, and resources.
  • Analyze data and feedback to continually enhance training programs and track sales consultants' progress.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, education, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in new home construction sales or a similar field.
  • Proven experience in training and development, preferably in a sales environment.
