About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner, and working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service through various communication channels, including email, chat, and phone calls.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and mentor for investigative staff, providing guidance and support to ensure consistent and high-quality service.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve customer issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and internal policies to provide accurate and informed support to customers.
  • Participate in ad-hoc requests and escalations, working closely with management and internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a gaming or sports-related industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and customers.
  • Proficiency in Zendesk/Salesforce and Microsoft Office product suite, with intermediate Excel skills preferred.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
  • Must be able to pass required licensing as mandated by various state racing and gaming regulatory bodies.
