Job Overview

Position: Receivables Management Specialist

Work Schedule: 8 AM - 4:30 PM; Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities

The Receivables Management Specialist will be responsible for:

  1. Executing accounts receivable tasks in accordance with established process standards.
  2. Utilizing various systems to manage accounts receivable effectively.
  3. Investigating and resolving discrepancies in customer receipts.
  4. Communicating with both internal and external stakeholders regarding accounts receivable inquiries and issues.
  5. Identifying root causes for customer deductions and variances.
  6. Reviewing monthly performance metrics to ensure targets are met.
Collaboration and Coordination

In this role, you will also:

  1. Assist the Accounts Receivable Lead and Supervisor in daily AR operations.
  2. Ensure that processing aligns with standards to achieve targeted aging metrics.
  3. Drive continuous improvement initiatives focusing on simplification, standardization, quality enhancement, and cost reduction.
Qualifications

Essential Experience:

  • Experience with SAP systems.
  • Proficient in advanced Excel functionalities.
  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • A minimum of one year of relevant experience.
  • Familiarity with a similar customer base is advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A college degree is preferred.
  • Willingness to work on-site is essential.
