Job Summary

SGS is seeking a highly skilled Global Key Account Manager to drive revenue growth within assigned global accounts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing account strategies, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring seamless delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement account strategies to drive revenue growth and expand client relationships
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within assigned accounts
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective delivery of services and meet client needs
  • Monitor and analyze account performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to ensure SGS remains a leader in the market
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Analytical Sciences, Engineering, or Business
  • 5+ years of experience in account management, customer service, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the industry for the relevant business unit (CPCH, EE, HL, or SL)
  • Experience in international/multi-cultural environments
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
