About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Mental Health division, including managing budgets, supervising staff, and coordinating with other departments. They will also be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Mental Health division, including supervising staff and coordinating with other departments.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
  • Lead quality improvement initiatives and collaborate with clinical leaders to develop and implement new programs and services.
  • Prepare and submit reports to senior management on divisional performance, including metrics on patient satisfaction, quality, and financial outcomes.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role or equivalent level of experience in healthcare management and program administration.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of professionals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Estimated Salary: $112,000 per annum.
