Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Travel Healthcare Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team.

About the Job

This 13-week assignment offers a competitive weekly pay package of $2,202-$2,314, which includes a gross salary range. You will be working in Portland, ME, and will have the opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring patients' responses, and evaluating outcomes
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and treatment plans
  • Perform routine administrative tasks, such as stocking supplies and transporting patients
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and new technologies

Requirements

  • A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a healthcare setting, preferably as a Registered Nurse
  • Graduate from an accredited nursing program
  • Certifications may be required based on facility requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Demonstrated ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
