About the Job

This position will be responsible for providing mental health services to patients in an inpatient setting. The successful candidate will have experience working in psychiatry and possess strong communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Provide mental health assessments and treatment plans for patients
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Conduct individual and group therapy sessions
Requirements
  • Masters or Doctoral degree in Nursing with a specialization in Psychiatric-Mental Health
  • Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of Alaska
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in psychiatry
