Project Director

At IBM, our Project Directors excel by leading and coordinating a project team's overall performance, scope, cost, and deliverables. Our clients rely on timely and efficient status reports, and as Project Director, you will drive the charge with project direction, metric definition, and performance management.

Your Role and Responsibilities
  • Ensure the financial health of assigned accounts (profitability and revenue growth)
  • Ensure the operational health of contracts for assigned accounts (contractual commitments and service levels)
  • Ensure customer satisfaction with IBM services provided to assigned accounts
  • Grow revenue and service portfolio of Technology Lifecycle Services for assigned accounts
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Engineers in Systems, Computing, Electronics, Industrial, and related fields
  • Negotiation and growth of service portfolio for assigned accounts
  • Project Management knowledge, PMP certification desirable
  • Knowledge of ITIL, SCRUM, Design Thinking
  • Experience in managing multifunctional teams
  • Good communication and relationship-building skills
  • English language knowledge
  • Contract financial management knowledge
