Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Use the F.A.S.T. service model to meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
  • Sales and Merchandising
    • Drive sales through advanced product knowledge, suggestive selling, and innovative merchandising techniques.
    • Assist customers in finding products and providing recommendations to meet their needs.
  • Inventory Management
    • Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure that shelves are stocked and merchandise is displayed in a visually appealing manner.
    • Process customer transactions and handle returns and exchanges in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
    • Assist with training new team members and provide guidance and support as needed.

Requirements

  • Availability
    • Must be available to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Experience
    • No experience required, but previous experience in a customer-centric environment is preferred.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
    • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.

Working Conditions

  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time and walk around the store.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull merchandise as needed.
  • Must be able to work in a team environment and collaborate with other team members.
