Position Overview

As a Weekend Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding service to our members, prospective members, and guests, ensuring a remarkable experience in our welcoming environment. At PF Miami Developers LLC, we pride ourselves on fostering a culture that emphasizes inclusivity and support. Available Shifts

Saturday 6AM - 1 PM, Sunday 1PM - 9PM

Compensation

$12.00 Per Hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome members and guests as they arrive and depart, addressing any inquiries or concerns during check-in.
  • Promote our inclusive environment by engaging with members on the gym floor, offering assistance, and supporting their fitness journeys while adhering to club policies.
  • Address member concerns and escalate issues to management when necessary.
  • Answer phone calls in a courteous manner, assisting callers with their questions.
  • Handle membership-related tasks such as sign-ups, updates to contact and billing information, cancellations, and processing unpaid balances.
  • Conduct outreach to prospective members and provide tours, assessing their membership needs.
  • Accurately process retail transactions and strive to meet sales objectives.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all fitness equipment and amenities, including communal areas and assigned spaces.
  • Ensure restrooms are clean, stocked, and organized by following a routine cleaning schedule.
  • Conduct regular inspections of club areas to promptly address safety or policy issues and cleanliness concerns.
  • Report maintenance and facility issues, such as broken or missing equipment.
Note: This position is contingent upon successful completion of a background check, in accordance with applicable laws.

Qualifications
  • Preferred 6-12 months of experience in a customer service role.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Willingness to obtain CPR/AED certification (training provided).
  • Basic computer skills are required.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand and move throughout the facility during shifts.
  • Frequent communication in person or via phone to relay information.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Exposure to cleaning chemicals during shifts.
  • Regular cleaning and sanitizing of equipment and facilities.
  • Ability to bend and twist to perform tasks.
