The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Facility Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our facility operations, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, provide accurate product information, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Relationship Building: Build positive relationships with customers, act as a liaison between customers, sales representatives, and store staff, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Order Processing: Intake, process, and verify customer orders to ensure accuracy and documentation.
- Product Knowledge: Build and maintain knowledge of all products to ensure effective customer recommendations.
- Operational Support: Assist with moving and loading product, operate batch tinting equipment as needed, and ensure quality service standards are met.
Requirements:
- Age and Authorization: Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status.
- Physical Abilities: Must be able to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 100 lbs. on occasion.
- Experience: Must have at least one year of work experience in customer service, retail, or sales.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Education: Associate degree or higher in Business, Sales, or Marketing.
- Experience: At least one year of experience working as a Facility Coordinator, or at least three years of work experience in customer service, retail, or sales.
- Material Handling: At least one year of work experience using material handling equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, order pickers, vacu-hoists, drum dollies, conveyor belts, etc.
- Paint Sales: Previous work experience selling paint and paint-related products.
- Tinting Equipment: Prior work experience operating tinting or color matching equipment.
