About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented individual to manage accounts receivable records, ensuring timely payment processing and reconciliation. As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing and preparing daily deposit and chargeback summaries, processing customer payments, chargebacks, and write-offs in our ERP system.

You will also collaborate with our operations team to identify payment deductions, resolve discrepancies between customer payments and invoices, and process credit memos for customer accounts. Additionally, you will develop ad-hoc reports related to accounts receivable transactions and assist with month-end bank reconciliations.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
