We are seeking a skilled Client Relationship Specialist to join our team at B&L PC SOLUTIONS INC. As a Client Relationship Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding their business needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.

Job Overview:This role is critical in driving client retention and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals. You will also have a strong understanding of IT services and solutions, including cloud services, cybersecurity, networking, and support.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their business goals and objectives.
- Build and nurture strong, long-lasting client relationships by providing exceptional service and support.
- Conduct regular check-ins and status meetings to assess client satisfaction levels and address any concerns.
- Account Growth and Development:
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling of our services to existing clients.
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop customized solutions tailored to meet client requirements.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients showcasing the value of our services.
- Contract Renewal and Negotiation:
- Manage contract renewals and negotiations, ensuring terms align with client expectations and company policies.
- Client Advocacy:
- Act as a client advocate within the organization, representing their needs and interests to internal teams.
- Gather client feedback and insights to drive product and service improvements.
- Sales Forecasting and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and revenue forecasts.
$80,000 - $105,000 per year, depending on experience.
Qualifications:- Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in the IT or MSP industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
- Strong understanding of IT services and solutions, including cloud services, cybersecurity, networking, and support.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams to develop client-specific solutions.
