Job Description

At PNC, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Client Solution Specialist Sr. This role is a key part of our Private Bank organization, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cross-Discipline Sales Support: Provide administrative support to our Wealth Management advisor team, enabling them to focus on building strong relationships with clients.
  • New Client Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
  • Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, document preparation, and record-keeping.
  • Risk Management: Collaborate with our risk management team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and management.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in data entry, document preparation, and record-keeping.
