Executive Support Specialist

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Executive Support Specialist to join our team at Norfolk State University. As an Office Manager/Administrative Assistant, you will provide confidential and administrative support to the Dean of the School of Social Work, faculty, and university officials.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating travel arrangements, electronic communication, information technology (IT), and traditional correspondence
- Scheduling appointments, preparing documents, spearheading projects, and supporting the School of Social Work's strategic initiatives
- Developing and maintaining website and social media content
- Managing budgets, grants, and contracts
You will work closely with the Dean of the School of Social Work and other university officials to ensure the smooth operation of the office. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in any field, at least three years of related experience in administrative operations, and strong time management, organizational, and attention to detail skills.
Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year
