At Solvere Technical Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Support Services Specialist to join our team in Norfolk, Virginia.

**Job Description:**

This role involves providing administrative support to the Atlantic Surface Fleet, including tracking of FAMs, MSU's, Security Updates, and message traffic. The successful candidate will have a strong background in IT, excellent communication and organizational skills, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assist with tracking of FAMs, MSU's, Security Updates for CNSL afloat units including message traffic
  • Liaise with N6 Admin for appointments, on-site visits, and preparing executive level briefs
  • Knowledge management assistance with departmental share-drive
  • Assign trouble tickets and track command trouble ticket database

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

* 4 years' experience with shipboard IT systems

* Familiarity with various DoD/DoN websites

* Secret Clearance required

**Benefits and Compensation Package:**

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, basic life insurance, short- and long-term disability, and a 401k plan.
