Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate events
  • Prepare correspondence, spreadsheets, and agendas using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Provide front office presence and management, including handling phone calls and emails
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and process expense reimbursements
  • Support special projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Considerable knowledge of standard office practices and procedures
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Compensation:

The salary for this position is commensurate with education and experience, beginning at $38,000 per year. The university offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as retirement savings options.
