We are seeking a highly skilled Frontline Support Specialist to join our REI Virginia Beach team.
Salary: $48,000 - $65,000 per year
Job Description
As a Frontline Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring their satisfaction. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, generating sales leads and creating potential business opportunities for the company.
