Position Overview

As a key member of our marketing team, the Multi-Media Marketing Assistant will play a vital role in promoting and marketing the bank's products. This position is essential for driving growth by effectively selling our services to both new and existing customers, with a strong emphasis on delivering courteous and professional service.

Reporting Structure

This role reports directly to the Marketing Director and indirectly to the President.

FLSA Status

This position is classified as Exempt under the Administrative Exemption of the FLSA.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for executing the bank's marketing strategy, which includes:
  • Overseeing all aspects of marketing initiatives under the guidance of the Marketing Director.
  • Monitoring marketing activities closely to ensure effectiveness.
  • Creating and producing innovative digital and print materials using Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Developing audio and video content from concept to execution, including editing.
  • Conducting live shoots for video and photography, as well as creating animated content.
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
  • Collaborating with internal and external partners to develop multimedia campaigns.
  • Researching advertising opportunities and managing timelines.
  • Drafting press releases and other public relations materials.
  • Regularly updating website content and social media platforms.
  • Assisting with budget management and invoice tracking.
  • Enhancing the bank's image and exploring new techniques to better serve customers.
  • Staying informed on marketing trends through continuous education.
  • Tracking competitive market activities and designing campaigns for a competitive edge.
  • Coordinating marketing collateral orders and supplies.
  • Managing logistics for bank-wide events and assisting Branch Managers with event needs.
  • Maintaining an Event Marketing calendar, tracking budgets and ROI.
  • Representing the bank at community activities and events.
  • Complying with all relevant Federal and State regulations.
  • Contributing to the improvement of branch operations and overall bank performance.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned by management.

Work Environment

This position involves a mix of inside and outside environmental conditions, with occasional local travel for meetings and events. The role requires the ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds.

Position Requirements
  • Experience in video production and editing.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.
