We are looking for a driven individual to fill the role of an RPA Application Developer at Whitridge Associates. This position involves championing automated workflows and innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will engage closely with various operational sectors, management personnel, and their respective processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design and implement automation solutions based on both business and technical specifications. Aid in the documentation of these specifications.
  • Generate technical documentation, including context diagrams, design specifications, and deployment procedures.
  • Develop applications, interfaces, process flows, expressions, data types, sites, and integrations as necessary.
  • Exhibit strong facilitation and presentation capabilities. Collaborate with internal technical and business teams to share best practices and enhance automation continuously.
  • Support the governance of automation development and drive comprehensive solutions to fulfill requirements utilizing multi-platform technology.
  • Engage with complex information systems, developing or modifying existing systems through thorough analysis of business and user requirements.
  • Foster partnerships and act as a liaison with internal departments to ascertain business needs and propose/deliver solutions that add value to the organization.
  • Complete coding for automation, encompassing activities, queues, and all necessary components.
  • Document automation architectures, including technical specifications and current/future state diagrams.
  • Conduct automation testing, including unit tests and debugging. Transition code from development to production environments.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree is mandatory.
  • Over 10 years of demonstrated experience with IT systems or RPA frameworks – developing, designing, and formulating automation development strategies.
  • Practical experience with various RPA tools and cognitive platforms, including but not limited to Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Pega, WorkFusion, and Microsoft Power Automate.
  • Capability to create technical specification documents for RPA initiatives.
  • Experience in developing and utilizing APIs.
  • RPA Developer certifications are advantageous but not essential (training can be provided).
  • At least 5 years of programming experience in process automation within a high-velocity development setting, using languages such as C/C++, Python, VB Script, Ruby, Java, JS, .Net, with foundational knowledge of HTML, JavaScript (or any scripting language).
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Experience with databases (SQL or NoSQL) is often preferred.
  • Understanding of artificial intelligence and machine learning is a plus.
  • Experience in cross-functional, enterprise-wide delivery programs.
  • Able to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving environments.
  • Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, organizational, and facilitation skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in business tools and applications, including MS Office Suite, Visio, Azure DevOps, Salesforce, Copado, and Jira.
