The Commercial Construction Sealant Sales Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving new business opportunities within the Commercial Construction Sealants and Waterproofing Products division. This position is targeted towards professionals located in various regions.

The primary responsibility of the Commercial Sealant Sales Specialist is to foster business growth by promoting Tower Sealants' exclusive technologies to potential clients in the commercial construction sector. This includes engaging with professional waterproofers, painters, window installers, general contractors, and architects involved in project development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve annual sales targets by identifying and nurturing new account opportunities while maintaining relationships with existing clients.
  • Proactively seek new accounts through diligent project tracking and support initiatives in the targeted market segment.
  • Assist in project specifications and support major architectural firms and consultants throughout the application process.
  • Coordinate sales efforts on significant projects within the designated region.
  • Serve as a technical resource for industry organizations and provide training to customers on proper application techniques.
Qualifications:

Education: Minimum High School Diploma.

Experience: At least five years of experience in the construction industry, specifically in product sales or application and installation of waterproofing systems.

Certificates and Licenses: A valid driver's license is required.

Skills and Abilities:
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Comfortable presenting to diverse groups.
  • Strong understanding of commercial contractors' needs and expectations.
  • Excellent listening skills and a collaborative team player.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of navigating project management platforms.
  • Willingness to travel, including occasional overnight stays.
  • Adept at making cold calls and establishing new business relationships.
