This role is responsible for ensuring the company's compliance with certified standards, including IATF16949, ISO14001, and general safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and environmental management.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and improve the company's management systems to ensure ongoing compliance with IATF16949 and ISO14001 standards.
- Oversee records for customer-specific requirements and ensure accurate reporting to regulatory agencies.
- Develop and implement waste stream management activities, including communication with outside collection services.
- Provide coaching and training to plant leadership and associates on EHS-related issues.
- Monitor infrastructure and processes for compliance and identify potential risks or hazards.
- Minimum 3 years of experience with IATF16949/ISO14001.
- Significant experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment, preferably automotive.
- Strong knowledge of the latest Automotive Industry Action Group (AIAG) tools and techniques.
- IATF16949 & ISO14001 Lead Auditor Certifications.
- OSHA training regarding operations of a manufacturing plant.
