Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled professional to support our sales and account management teams in prospecting, acquiring, and renewing business. This role involves conducting research on inquiries, resolving issues, and communicating with brokers and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct research on inquiries and resolve issues by working across divisions
  • Communicate with brokers and clients to gather information for proposals
  • Maintain databases and prepare reports for analysis
  • Assist in enrollment sessions and participate in sales initiatives

Requirements

  • State General Agent Insurance License or obtain within 90 days
  • Bachelor's degree and 1 year of experience in health insurance/health care field
  • Organizational and project implementation skills, phone customer service skills, presentation skills
  • Verbal and written communications skills to interact with internal and external contacts
  • PC proficiency to include Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Salesforce or other sales systems
  • Willingness and ability for occasional travel

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree
