Business Development Representative

Body Fit Training at the Grove is a dynamic fitness franchise that offers scientifically proven strength training techniques in a group environment. We're seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team and assist the General Manager with membership acquisition and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute sales process of lead generation, follow-up, and conversion
- Conduct tours of the facility, establishing a relationship and targeting individual's needs and wants
- Maintain an acceptable level of personal sales production
- Emphasize and enforce objectives of the club as a fitness and wellness provider
- Present available services to current or prospective members
- Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota
- Participate in special events to promote the club
- Assume responsibility for developing sales skills
Requirements:
- Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required
- Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships and retail
- Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system
- Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday
- Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Must have proficient computer skills
Compensation and Benefits:
- This position offers a competitive base rate, commission paid on individual sales, and opportunity to bonus based on performance
