Position Overview:
The Jewelry Sales Processing Specialist is responsible for evaluating and preparing items for sale by accurately assessing their value and collectible significance. This role involves assisting in the logistics of item retrieval for the shipping department, ensuring a smooth workflow within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve or surpass daily productivity targets.
- Protect all company assets, including donated merchandise, and report any suspicious activities or theft.
- Collaborate with management on issues requiring solutions beyond standard procedures.
- Promptly inform supervisors of significant challenges and communicate effectively with team members.
- Foster and maintain positive working relationships with internal stakeholders, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
- Keep an accurate inventory of jewelry available for dispatch.
- Utilize a pallet jack to move collectible items as necessary, ensuring proper unloading and organization.
- Handle delicate items with care to prevent damage.
- Ensure the shipping area is well-stocked with necessary packing materials.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge.
- Keep the workspace safe, clean, and organized, adhering to safety regulations.
- Demonstrate consistent in-person attendance.

- Perform additional related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Exceptional customer service skills with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficient internet navigation skills.
- Ability to read and speak English fluently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening, if applicable.
