Our Authentication Centers are where the magic happens. The Art & Science of Real comes to life within our facilities, combining the knowledge of hundreds of luxury experts with cutting-edge, proprietary technology. As consigned goods travel into our facilities, the team processes, authenticates, and photographs each item in preparation for listing to our website.

• Execute all aspects of the authentication process by accurately identifying colored stones and diamonds using GIA evaluation techniques as well as testing procedures used to determine precious metal purity.
• Research fair market value and market demand of branded and unbranded jewelry.
• Set list prices for branded and unbranded jewelry with direction and final approval from the Gemology and/or Jewelry Authentication team.
• Assist in training all new Sr. Specialists hired.

• GG certification from GIA preferred.
• 7+ years of fine jewelry & watch experience with some GIA classwork in lieu of GIA Certification.
• Appraisal experience preferred.
• Experience with Diamonds required (selling, grading, pricing).
• Experience with colored stones required (identification, pricing).
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.

The expected salary range for this role is $62,400.00-$66,560.00. To determine starting pay, we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate's skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR's total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay, and benefits.
