About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our team in Charlotte, NC. As a Litigation Paralegal, you will work closely with our attorneys to prepare and file documents, conduct legal research, and update internal databases.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in litigation support and be proficient in software such as Lexis Nexis, WestLaw, Pacer, MyCase, TimeMatters, Clio, and Needles.

The salary for this position is estimated to be between $55,000 and $65,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, organize, and file documents and correspondence.
  • Conduct legal research.
  • Update and maintain internal databases.
  • Prepare witness and other materials for case preparation.
  • Organize relevant documents for attorney review and case preparation.
  • Prepare for, and attend, depositions.
  • Prepare and organize exhibits during depositions.
  • Prepare and file all court documents.
Requirements
  • Experience over 2 years.
  • Proficiency in software such as Lexis Nexis, WestLaw, Pacer, MyCase, TimeMatters, Clio, and Needles.
