About the Role

The Senior Corporate Counsel will act as a key legal advisor, balancing commercial goals with labor and employment compliance regulations. Key responsibilities include providing strategic and commercial legal counsel on complex employment law matters, collaborating closely with senior leadership, monitoring changes in employment laws and regulations, and drafting legal policies and procedures.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school and admission to a state bar.
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in labor and employment law, preferably in both a law firm and in-house corporate environment.
  • Familiarity with California employment law required.
  • Familiarity with government contracting and compliance is a plus.

Benefits and Compensation
