Job Description:

We are looking for a Paralegal Assistant Manager to provide administrative support to our lawyers at South Charlotte Law. The successful candidate will have at least three years of experience working in a law office and will be responsible for managing legal documentation and correspondence.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel, and will have knowledge of Tabs 3 software and collection software. Responsibilities include proofreading, formatting, and preparing state and federal legal filings, as well as filing legal documents (including e-filing).

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least three years of experience working in a law office
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Knowledge of Tabs 3 software and collection software
  • Organizational skills
  • Adaptability to templates, systems, and processes
  • Professionalism
