Job Summary

As a Patient Services Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. You'll play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Service Excellence: Greet patients warmly, answer inquiries promptly, resolve issues efficiently, and foster a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Patient Registration & Scheduling: Collect patient information, verify insurance coverage, schedule appointments, manage cancellations, and maintain accurate records.
  • Financial Counseling: Assist patients with understanding their financial obligations, explore payment options, and address billing inquiries.
  • Administrative Support: Manage phone calls, emails, correspondence, and other administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1 year of front office experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to patient satisfaction.
  • Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
