As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide comprehensive care and support to patients throughout their transplant journey, from pre-transplant evaluation to post-transplant management. Your expertise in clinical practice, patient education, and advocacy will be instrumental in ensuring optimal outcomes for our pediatric patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute pre- and post-transplant clinical procedures with precision and compassion.
  • Educate patients and their families on transplant procedures, medications, and self-care strategies.
  • Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver seamless patient care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to established protocols.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to patients and families throughout their transplant journey.

Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse Diploma (RN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as an RN with a Diploma or ASN, or 2 years with a BSN.
  • Current Registered Nurse License in the state of practice.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Certified Clinical Transplant Coordinator (CCTC) through the American Board of Transplant Certification (ABTC) preferred.
