Patient Services Manager

Morrison Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled Patient Services Manager to lead our Patient Services Team in an Acute Care setting.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement patient food services strategies to meet medical direction and patient population needs
- Recruit, train, and develop patient service team members to ensure exceptional patient satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with dietary restrictions and modified diets to meet patient preferences
- Collaborate with patient services staff to achieve patient satisfaction goals
- Comply with regulatory standards, including federal, state, and accrediting agencies, while maintaining facility confidentiality and patient rights policies
- Participate in patient satisfaction programs, departmental meetings, and facility-wide Quality Assurance/Performance Improvement initiatives
- Associate degree with one year of work experience in food services or a related field, or a bachelor's degree in food service technology/management or a related field
- Certified Dietary Manager certificate, Registered Diet Technician, or Registered Dietitian, preferred
- Minimum of one year of experience in food service management in an acute care setting, preferred
- ServSafe certification, desirable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, electronic medical records, and diet office systems
